Twice annually the IBMM curates a 5-day, 4-night leadership Intensive, an unforgettable journey of work, feasting, fellowship, and spiritual growth. We'll hike Glacier National Park (get close to God, literally), get dirty on a Montana cattle/timber ranch, and go on a guided fly-fishing tour—A River Runs Through It vibe. 

The Design

The Montana intensive is an immersive, formative experience aimed at giving you two things: clarity around your story/calling and the community of like-hearted brothers who will take you seriously, listen deeply, and encourage you fiercely.

The Food

We believe that the table matters. We believe food matters. Food and the table are central in the Kingdom of God (Deut. 14:25-26). And because of that, we go all out. Executive Chef Maurice Ahern joins us on every retreat, bringing with him a taste of Texas you will not forget.

Your Hosts

Jonathan and Harp have a combined 30 years of experience working with and thinking about issues related to men, manhood, and the Kingdom of God. Whether it’s teaching young men at Southwestern Seminary or leading the largest men’s ministry in the country, Dr. Willaims and Dr. Harp speak to the hearts of men.
